No one is coming to save you, any situation is growth and what defines success?.
So,
this is my first EVER issue of this letter, I hope I make you contemplate...
A reality of life: No one is coming to save you
'My situation is bad but oh well, I mean it's not too bad. At least I have this going for me and that. I'll leave this for now.'
I've said this before and I know you may have too. We become lazy in trying to fix our OWN problems. Saying that out loud sounds stupid, but I'm not wrong. We end up dragging these problems out for a long time, then become anxious and hate the situation even more.
No one is coming to save you. Nobody will know exactly how you feel about your life at any moment in time. It's truly only up to you. You're the ONLY one who has to leave that place you don't want to be in anymore.
And it's terrifying, not knowing what will happen next, but what's more terrifying is staying in that same vicious routine and pretending to be 'ok'.
A piece of advice: Any situation of life is growth
There are many universal truths that we can all agree upon. One of these is the fact that we all exist in various situations of 'growth'. Let me explain what I mean, I know you may be thinking 'What is he on about'?.
I feel as if ANY point of life you're in is a time where you are able to improve your life's situation. And the negative situations are even better than the positive ones. I've personally been in times when it didn't look as if it was ever going to be better, but it did.
This was because that negative moment in life made me eager to get out of it, resulting in me trying my absolute best to figure out a way to overcome it. It's beautiful.
I want you to realize that situations in your life will change, it won't always be fun or happy and that's the beauty of it. You HAVE to experience every emotional stage in life to truly grow and become great.
A question to ponder upon
What truly is success to you?
This question is subjective and defines a little about who you are. ( I don't think the answer is money, but like I said, answers to this question are subjective)
You come this far? Hope I made you think,
Haaris
